More custom Jutsu!!!

Name: Kawa no Kaki no Jutsu
Literal Meaning: Art of the Stream of Fire/ Stream of Fire Jutsu
Rank: Gennin-Kage/Sennin
Element: Fire
Type: Ninjutsu
Requirments: Fire Element.
Description: You do the required handsigns, and a stream of fire will shoot from your mouth, going in a straight line.
Sidenotes: Your rank affects the jutsu's effect...
Gennin: The flame is as big and wide as your mouth, and it will go up to 4 feet.
Chuunin: The flame is 2 times as big as the gennin version, and it goes up to 5 feet.
Jounin: The flame is 2 times as big as the Chuunin version, and it goes up to 6 feet.
Kage/Sennin: The flame is 2 times as big as the Jounin version, and goes up to 7 feet.


Name: Ho_Yoku no Jutsu
Literal Meaning: Art of the Phoenix Wings/ Phoenix Wings Technique
Rank: Chuunin
Element: Fire
Type: Ninjutsu
Requirments: Fire Chakra, HAVE TO BE A CHUUNIN.
Description: After doing the handsigns, and focuseing the chakra into your upperback, and pushing the chakra out through the tenketsu there, two wings of fire will appear there. It allows you to glide (NOT FLY) after jumping, and it lasts for 3 of your posts. You can also use the wings to burn the opponent or to block an attack.
Sidenotes: This is STRICTLY CHUUNIN, so no gennin can learn it for their chuunin move...



Name: Hisaki no Yaiba
Literal Meaning: Blade of Flames
Rank: Gennin
Element: Fire
Type: Ninjutsu
Requirments: Fire element
Description: After doing the required handsigns, your hand is encased in fire that stretches outwards into the shape of a sword's blade. You can use the jutsu to block, or attack.
Sidenotes: While this jutsu is active, you cannot start any othr jutsu untill this one ends. In order for the blade to activate, the hand you use for the blade has to be in a fist, and if you open up your hand, the jutsu will automaticly end. Because this jutsu uses quite a bit of chakra, gennin can only use this jutsu three times before they are low on chakra. Chuunin can use it 5 times. Jounin can use it 7 times. No matter what rank you are, the 'blade' can only go up to 3 feet in length, 2 feet in width, and 4 feet in height. Though sometimes it is better to make the jutsu smaller with less chakra so that it won't be as hard to handle.
