Description: (Be as accurate as possible)The user of the jutsu uses a 13 hand sign seal then releases a highly chakra consentrated liquid from there mouth. The liquid will then completely surround the user or the ally, the target is now completely covered in a water bubble.(looks like the water prison but has a neon blue glow to it)The jutsu is powerful enough to bring a ninja(s) from the brink of death back into a semi fight ready status. The quality of health recovered and the rate that it happens depend on the medical skill of the user and the recovery rate of the target. If you where able to track the jutsu with a powerful doujutsu you would see millions of tiny chakra needles sowing up the targets chakra points and patching flesh to a certain degree.(the opposite of the rasen shuriken jutsu)
Drawbacks: (optional)The drawback to this jutsu is the medical ninja must be of a high level to preform and is left almost completely defensiveless when doing the jutsu.
