Description: (Be as accurate as possible)It is a technique that only the most powerful of sword masters has any chance of performing, it uses the very soul and chakra of an opponent to create a sword. The user uses a thirty hand sign seal and places his hand over the targets heart, the seal completely engulfs the targets body in ancient script. And as the scripture begins to slowly return to the point of origin (targets heart) the targets chakra, strength, soul, mind, everything about that person is sucked into the seal. Next all that remains is the targets heart, still beating now the user uses an incantation to take the targets essence and focuses it into a weapon, but the element and abilities of the weapon are determined by the target.(ex. if you were to use this move on naruto the blade would have the wind element and have an evil red tint on its blade. It would also have rage like ability granting the user the fox´s chakra limit and depending on the strength of the user he could probably reduce the harmful effects of using the fox´s chakra.)The shape and weapon could also change according to the target but if the users skill is great eneough and there swordsmen skill and spirit is stronger then the target then he or she may be able to shape some of these things to there will. Once the weapon is created the target is now completely destroyed and the sword can only be wielded by the creator, also while wielding the weapon the user has access to all the memories and skills of the target you used to create the sword.(ex. if you had used this on the third hokage, while holding the sword or even carrying it the user would have all the jutsu knowledge he had.)

Drawbacks: (optional)The drawbacks are the target must be on the verge of death and while the seal and spell are being said the user is open to attack.Next for you to have any control of what the weapon is or shape your level of skill and strength must be far greater then the targets. Next because the sword is forged by using the complete being the sword has a spirit and because of this if your skill or strength ever faulter the sword will turn on you. Another drawback is that this is a nearly lost art that very few sword wielding clans knew and has nearly been forgotten by history, the last known person to use this technique was the leader and founder of the sugiura clan.
