Waiting for the Signal

Kohaku stood at the top of the Hill Overlook. Though the Village was indeed covered in mist, the Hill gave a perfect view of the buildings below. He had just arrived from the Hidden Leaf and was resting after the long journey. He looked up into the sky. He wasn't here for the view of the village, because he didn't care, but waiting for a signal that was to put his operation into action. He needed his presence in the village to be unknown. He knew that if he caused a Village panic, the operation would be ruined.

Ken appeard on the hill and started shouting " Hey you!! sound shinobi! I knew that you took our students, my students! and Im here to take them back with me, so where are they??"
Ken took a kunai , just in case, maybe he decided to fight. Ken was in attack position and very careful because the sound shinobi seems strong and dangerous.

(nameless shinobi on patrol, jounin lvl and well call them uno, dos and tres.)

The hill was a small clearing surrounded by a small forested area on three sides, the rest was the edge of a cliff that stood high over the mist village. This was one of the last points of entry of the mist and thus it would be more guarded then most and with the disdurbence caused by the mizukages training, the patrol on this side was slightly lax. But there was still a patrol that was surveying the area and noticed a small gather of people by the hill top. Uno quickly gave out some silent hand signals to the rest of the team to hide there presents and prepare for a battle. THe group was a little surprised by the fact that there were ninja this close to the village, even as far as they were from the training ground they could see the vast explosion of white smoke mushrooming in the sky. Dos was able to shift his position to get a better glipse at the strangers and in that moment he noticed the headband of a leaf shinobi aswell as the sound shinobi mark.Dos instantly signaled the other group members about the ninja with a series of animal and insect noises, so that he would not alert the enemy shinobi. Tres was the furthest from the unit but was still able to read the signal, but could not see the enemy.Tres was ordered to return back to the village with this information and tell the mizukage of the intruders while uno and dos continued to observe. But the two remaining shinobi did not feel to confident with there ability to fend off an attack from ether one of these two ninja, but there was a silver-lining for them.. they could feel the rains were coming. This would give them a better chance and with the night coming there knowledge of the land would give them a strong advantage if they needed to counter of even flee. They slowly moved in to a closer postion while still managing to conceal there presence, a fog was rolling in and this would aid them greatly, the fog slowly crept in and sat around shin level. Dos took this time to use a water jutsu that allowed him to melt down into a liquid ooze, and cautionously move closer to the talking shinobi while remaining underneath the layer of fog.Uno spent his time establishing a series of traps around the area to help in there defensive. They had worked with each other a lot and knew what the other might do in a situation of this level. It was after dos had gotten within a few yards of the ninja that he overheard the leaf ninja speak of stolen children and that that is why he was hear, stolen students....hmm, leaf and sound. dos could also see that the leaf was in a offensive stance which ment they were not allies conspiring again thier nations. By now uno had finished his trap placement and was using the liquid jutsu to move slightly closer to the target shinobi, if anything were to go down the would be able to react quickly and steathfully to almost any situation but they were perpared to wait for the kages oreders or for reinforcements.

As Kohaku was looking up into the sky a shinobi from the Hidden Leaf stepped out of the mist and started yelling at him about the Academy Students that he had taken. During the shinobi's rant, Kohaku heard a series of animal and insect noises. He identified them as Hidden Mist shinobi. Perfect. he thought as one of the concealed shinobi left the group. If the Mizukage is alerted the operation will go more smoothly than planned. Kohaku looked into the eyes of the Leaf shinobi and replied to him, "I have your students with me now, but if you want to get them back you'll have to wait until I complete my mission. You can fight with me afterward."

Ken heard what the sound shinobi said about waiting so he said " First, I dont think that you're going to give them to me easly, socond, I'm not going to let you hit other people! So , prepare your self to a fight" Ken took 3 kunais and throw them on sound shinobi: 1 toward the head, the other toward the heart, and the last toward the liver.
* I hope one of the three hits that way he's dead for sure!* He thought and staid waiting...

The rain was begining to fall and the sun was swiftly fading away, the two remaining mist shinobi were close enough to the two intruders to here there conversation. They were hiding in the mist in a liquid form so as to avoid detection, but were slightly surprised by the haste of the leaf shinobi. They were surprised that he would just rush an unknown opponent and attack knowing that his enemy has his students hostage, but the leaf are different from them. This shinobi is foolish, or maybe he is that good... well have to see but first we should move back because a battle of this magnitude is bound to cause some damage to the area. Hopefully.. back up will arrive soon, hurry thres,hurry.Both shinobi slowly crept back away from the two enemy ninja as the leaf shinobi´s kunai made there way to the sound ninja´s vital organs. This was an opportunity for them to gather information on the two ninjas abilities, this would be useful if they need to put them in there bingo book or even have to fight them. The last remaining light slowly vanishing over the horizon, and with the night sky comes a cold rain that gently covers the world in a haze of water.

The Leaf shinobi threw three kunai at Kohaku's shadow clone. The kunai hit it and the clone dispersed as Kohaku's hands came up from under the ground and grabbed the shinobi's ankles. He pulled him down until his head was the only remaining part of his body above the ground. "Did you really believe that I was really there?" he said as he came out from the ground. "I would prefer it if you didn't make too much noise. I can't complete this operation if I draw too much attention here." He then turned around and looked into the mist where the other two shinobi were hiding. "Doton," he shouted as he performed hand seals. "Earth Dragon Projectile!" The mud on the ground formed a dragon's head and began to fire mud balls from the mouth. Then he shouted, "Katon! Fire Dragon Projectile!" Fire shot out of Kohaku's mouth, igniting the mud balls that were heading towards his opponents. Several explosions erupted when the fire/mud balls hit either the ground or the shinobi, clearing the mist that concealed them.

Ken was pulled in the ground " SO you want to play hard!" shouted ken. He did some hand seals fastly under the ground and shouted " Fuuton , The Torando Of Konoha!" and he started to spin making a big tornado that broke the rocks in the ground and damaged the area. Ken is free, then he did other hand seals " Katon , Gust of the dragon fire" and claped his hands making a long gust of fire toward the sound shinobi. " Now, you will see the power of konoha!" Then he looked at the explosions , at the two other shinobis being attacked but he didn't give them much attention.

Uno and dos were were shocked by the level of skill of the sound shinobi, Dos made his way back the fast and was still in his liquid form, when the battle started. He saw the sound ninja easly dodge the leaf´s kunai and quickly counter with the head hunt jutsu, but when he noticed that the sound ninja had noticed not only him but uno aswell. Dos could not see where uno had relocated but he was quickly under attack by the sound ninjas mix of earth and fire attacks so this is his power, earth and fire. The battle was on and sadly they had been sucked into it, it was now time to defend themselves until backup arrives. But first he needs to join up with uno once again, because that is the secret to there skill. They both returned to their human form and realized that they were on opposite sides of the field, they were still dodging flaming cannon shots and by now the leaf shinobi had noticed their presence but did not seem to care to much. They both put hand signs together and summoned weapons into their hands, one with a pair of jutte and the other with a long bow staff that is made of pure jade. They began there attack on the sound shinobi while keeping there guard up just in case the leaf ninja took an interest, they met up with there weapons in one hand and with the other they used the others free hand to make a quick set of signs. They were dodging the fireballs while staying in unison, once the signs were complete they both extended there sign hand and a rush of water shot fourth at the sound shinobi, they quickly sped up behind the attack then divided from each other. Uno went to the left and dos went to the right, uno atempted a spear thrust from an angle aiming at his neck and at the same time dos slide underneath the rush of water to attack the ninjas legs trying to us his juttes to lock his legs. They would just need one of these attacks to hit to have a chance of winning, they still were not sure they could trust the leaf yet but the sound shinobi was at this point in time more of a threat to the village.

Fools Kohaku thought as all three of the shinobi attacked him. He jumped up into the air and landed on the ground 5 yards from where he was originally standing. The Leaf shinobi's fire attack and the Mist shinobi's water attack hit each other at the same moment, creating a cloud of steam. Kohaku made various hand seals and shouted, "Doton!" he stuck the ground with his hands and then shouted: "Earth Dome Prison!" The earth overturned around the three shinobi and they were trapped inside the earth dome. He confirmed that they were inside when he began to absorb their chakara. At that moment, a red flare shot into the sky. Kohaku looked up and thought It's that time already? He took one of his arms off of the dome and shot a green flare into the sky. After ten seconds, a dozen sound soldiers arrived. "Keep them contained." he ordered them. Six of them put their hands on the dome and began to absorb chakara while the rest pulled out kunai and stood guard. Kohaku took his hands away from the dome and walked over to the top of the hill overlook. he put his hands together and said quietly: "Temple of Nirvana Jutsu." Feathers fell from the sky and the villagers of the Hidden Mist all fell into an unconscious state. Kohaku threw another flare into the sky, blue this time, and at that moment hundreds of sound shinobi began to pour into the village. Kohaku knew that there would be resistance from the jounin of the village, since they would have been the only ones who would have dispelled the jutsu. He then jumped down the hill and began the assault on the Hidden Mist.

Being prisoned in the dome, Ken saw The sound shinobi leaving. " I dont have any thing to do here anymore! Fuuton! " he shouted as he did some hand seals " Wind dragon Jutsu!" At the moment a dragon of wind from the sky destroying the dome with his wind gusts, and killed some of the sound shinobi. He got out then walked to the mist and disapeard.

Uno and dos found themselves traped in this odd earth dome and felt there very chakra being drained from them, but just as they were about to lose hope in this battle they saw the leaf shinobi perform a jutsu and completely destroy the prison while killing a few of the sound shinobi standing guard. They were confused as to when the new group of ninja had arrived and where the original sound shinobi had gone to, but these were things they did not have time to think about because they were still surrounded by aleast 15 sound ninja. But also they could see smoke and fire coming from the mist village, they quickly came to the conclusion that this was a sound invasion but the question was could the leaf be involved. They turned there attention to the leaf shinobi as he quickly faded away in the mist of the forest, they were surprised by the leaf ninja. He ran away without pursuing the ninja who had captured his students, he forgot about his future shinobi and cast them away to be killed off by the sound, could it be that that was just a trick or has the leaf village lost its values.

The mist shinobi took a battle stance back to back with each other and prepared for the worst, as they stood in the middle of a 15 sound shinobi guard. They rain was really coming down and the wind suddemly picked up, and as the wind blew the sound all attacked at once. The winds violent howl echoed far and wide but the mist suddenly realized something as they stared down the rushing enemy, a stronger mist had rolled in and the number of enemy was quickly diminishing as the enemy drew closer. Uno had looked at dos to see if it was the traps he had set but dos had turned to look at him with the same confused look. The sound quickly stopped there attack when they saw that there were only 4 of them left, all of a sudden they were the ones surrounded by the mist hunter unit that the kage had sent. The four remaining sound ninja were quickly captured and would be held for questioning, red emerged from the mist and scanned the area for the powerful shinobi that he was sent for but there was no sign of him. The hunter unithad noticed the attacks and fire in the mist on there way to the hill but there orders were to investigate the hill so they had to put there faith in the village defenses.

The rest of the hunter ninja were looking for the leaf shinobi but he was gone, and pursuit would not be wise at the moment, red quickly walked over to uno and dos who had sat down with looks of relief on there faces dispite the fact that village was under attack. Red's fingers began to glow a misty blue, he quickly grabbed the unaware ninja by the heads and they quickly passed out. Some of the hunters were shocked by this and were about to take action to help when another hunter spoke,dont move! he's reading there minds and gather info on the enemy, its a hunter technique that can only be used by the most skilled tracker.the unit quickly stood down and watched as the robed ninja finished his process.Red stared at the hunter who had spoken and as if he was speaking mentally the hunter gave his orders,grab the bodies of uno and dos, take them to the village hospital and guard this area and make sure no more sound filth is around. Next two squads will set up a net round the village and make your way to the heart of the village killling all sound ninja you come up across, Now Go!The ninja vanished in mist and red was now alone on the hill, when he vanished in a flash of light.
