Description: (Be as accurate as possible) This is an S-Class technique that uses both wind and water elelments to create a ice attribute. The technique can be used through clones, weapons, etc, but by mixing the two elements at the same time, just before striking the target the burst of the two elements entering the target just as the two elements reach there max compound force, the target is frozen from the inside out resulting in an almost instant death.The target is then shattered by even the slightest touch, The range of the technique varys by the manner of with the technique is used threw, for example using the jutsu like a rasengan will give you less range then by using it threw a weapon like a shuriken.
Drawbacks: (optional)THe drawbacks to this jutsu is that the user must have an almost perfect mastery of the water and air element, followed by an outstanding ability to focus and control chakra especially when using the jutsu outside of the rasengan type style. So one using the move threw a weapon must use that much more focus, chakra and needs a better timing. Another drawback is that if the user is unskilled in any part of this technique, the jutsu will fall causing the object or hand that the jutsu is being used from to freeze and shatter. Or even KILLING THE USER, this move was ment to kill instantly but it can be a double-edged sword with a loose grip if you know what i mean.
