Jutsu Name: Fire Style: Burning Flares

Chakara Element: Fire
Description: While forming the handseals, the user will hold chakra in their throat. Imagining their chakra as mini-balls, they'll change the chakra to the Fire element and sprout out flaming flares. These flares will drop on the ground and roll to the enemy, with a small burning timer. These flares will soon explode to cause nearby enemies to daze out or become stunned/blinded. (3 posts)
Drawbacks: Enemies must be close to these flares, if they're over ten meters from these flares then chances of them getting hit by the effect are low.
